INFRA STRUCTURE

TURNING
Manufacturing Equipments operated manually by our trained skilled workers, using shap cutting tools to remove excess material from workpiece and achieve desired shape.

Drilling
The drilling section handles precise hole-making for valve flanges, bonnets & components using radial drill machines.

DISPATCH
The dispatch area in a valve company is the final hub where finished valves undergo quality checks, secure packing, and organized shipment to ensure timely, damage-free delivery.

WELDING
Welding is used to join valve components, welded ends, ensuring leak tight, high strength joints. Hard facing by weld overlay is applied on seats, discs and other trim parts to resist erosion.

assembly
Valve assembly is the process of fitting and securing all valve components, such as the body, bonnet, stem, disc or ball, seats, packing, and fasteners, to create a complete and functional unit.

parts store
A dedicated valve accessories store is essential to our manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring ready availability of critical components and full traceability for every valve part.

HACKSAW
A hacksaw is used in valve manufacturing to cut metal bar stock, tubing, and small components to specified lengths prior to machining or assembly.

shell test
A shell test is a hydrostatic pressure test performed on the fully assembled valve body to confirm pressure integrity and ensure there is no leakage through the pressure-containing boundary.

VMC machine
Achieve superior quality, accuracy and efficiency in trim parts production, tailored for high-volume valve components and custom industrial fittings.

packaging
Valve packaging involves cleaning and protecting the valve with suitable end caps and corrosion prevention, then labeling and packing it in a padded box or wooden crate.

Overview
The inner workshop reflects our structured workflow, with machining, welding & fitting zones designed to maintain quality, safety & efficiency at every stage of valve production.
